PUT YOUR EARPHONES ON. OR IT’S A WASTE OF TIME. =)) Love you, guys. Hehe. :D BUT SRSLY. EARPHONES, OKAY? OKAY.
I know,
You crossed the seas,
To find out who you’re looking for.
But you know,
No matter how far you go,
You’d always end up coming home.
So, I’m taking this chance,
Because maybe your heart, too,
Keeps leading you back.
Drenched by the rain,
At your doorstep,
Asking you to let me in.
We are the story,
That’s been told,
But no one knows how we used to be.
A step away,
So near,
I keep hoping you’d hold me, dear.
I’d wear my crown,
To sleep,
So they won’t know you are the reason.
So, will you take this chance,
With me?
Because my heart keeps leading me back.
Time apart,
Keeps the heart,
Beating for who you want. (2x)
Drenched by the rain,
At your doorstep,
Asking you to let me in.
I wore my crown
That night, to sleep,
So they didn’t know.
You are, you are,
My reason.
We’re the story,
That’s been told,
Now they know what we used to be.
We’re the story,
That’s been told.
Now they know how it’s gonna be

Temporary Escape
Deep and slow
Was my breathing.
Taking in all that I could.
The more I had, the more I wanted.
Breathing, yes, and forgetting—
Or rather: forgetting the feeling.
Now, it’s just about me,
And everything else that’s in my head.
Absence of hunger.
I am full and contented.
Numb? I’m not numb! Only sated.
I am… I feel… wonderful.
After day’s work, day’s toll,
Knocking on cars’ windows, sleeping on floors,
I’m breathing in and out.
Deep and slow.
Like a child at rest.
Like a child that I am.
My world— it’s spinning again!
Gone are the monotonous days.
Many are the suns! Twinkling! Dancing!
Finally, my heart, loudly beating.
No longer am I frustrated,
Or jealous.
Of them who are prancing under the stars;
Learning in boxed rooms;
Scribbling on papers;
Writing words;
Reading.
Deep and slow
was my breathing.
Savoring the whiff of this perfume,
sets me afloat, and aiming for the moon.
Viscous brown perfume,
In this plastic— others regard to this as my doom.
But this, this is a taste of temporary escape,
from pain cold and fear.
I temporarily escape,
From the cruelty of this world so sincere.

To all the children on the streets, sniffing rugby or any form of substance that alters the state of mind. I hope I could do more than just to write about you. :(
Pagtibok ng Puso
Pagsikip ng dibdib.
Pansamantalang pag-ikot ng mundo.
Susubukang intindihin ang bawat salitan binitawan,
Bawat letrang nakatitik.
Patuloy ang pag-ikot.
Susubukan mong sabayan.
Wala nang mawawala,
Gawa nang nawala na.
Panlalamig ng kamay.
Alam mo na ‘to,
Walang kahit anong bago.
Walang surpresa.
Pagtigil ng oras.
Na sana’y nangyari na noon pa.
O pwede ring ngayon na.
O nangyayari na nga.
Pag-ngiti.
Pati ang sarili mo, kaya mong linlangin,
Paniwalain.
Pagkatapos, ang luha— bubuhos, at mawawala.
‘Sing bilis ng pagdating at pag-alis.
Ko.
Niya.
Pagtibok ng puso.
Lungkot? O pagkagulat? Pagkagalit?
Basta hindi sa pag-ibig.
Hindi rin sa pagkamuhi.
Pagtibok ng puso.
Paalalang patuloy ang pagsikat at paglubog ng araw.
Paalalang walang mag-iiba—
Sa mundo nila.
Hindi sa iyo.
Siya? Ako?
Ang pagtibok ng puso—
O hindi na.
Walking Her Home, Mark Schultz
Looking back
He sees it all
It was her first date the night he came to call
And her dad said son
Have her home on time
And promise me you’ll never leave her side
He took her to a show in town
And he was ten feet off the ground
(Chorus)
He was walking her home
Holding her hand
Oh the way she smiled it stole the breath right out of him
Down that old road
With the stars up above
He remembers where he was the night he fell in love
He was walking her home
Ten more years and a waiting room
At half past one
Was when the doctor said come in and meet your son
And his knees went weak
When he saw his wife
She was smiling and she said he’s got your eyes
And as she slept he held her tight
His mind went back to that first night
(Chorus)
He walked her through the best days of her life
Sixty years together and he never left her side
A nursing home
At eighty-five
And the doctor said it could be her last night
And the nurse said Oh
Should we tell him now
Or should we wait until the morning to find out
But when they checked her room that night
He was laying by her side
Oh he was walking her home
And holding her hand
Oh the way she smiled when he said this is not the end
And just for a while they were eighteen
And she was still more beautiful to him than anything
He was walking her home
He was walking her home
Looking back
He sees it all
It was her first date the night he came to call
I’m falling in love with the idea of this song. :) The first time I heard this, I seriously cried. Hihi. :3 It’s well-written and heartfelt. <3 Just when I thought forever does not exist, I am reminded of this song. So. HAHA. Yes. Everyday that we get through, we’re one step closer to that forever. :)
It’s the effin’ hour of the day.
Someone’s got to keep me company.

Hello panda?
Yan yan?I hate strawberry.
“None else. Please and thank you.”
Is it better to follow your heart? Or to put your heart into it?
Hmm.
